A new exciting short term position is open for application. This position is fruit of the collaboration between the Become Consortia and the UNESCO MAB Secretariat, and aims to generate knowledge on the contributions of Biosphere reserves to the implementation of the Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) Kunming-Montreal Agreement.
Job offer – Synthesis and analysis of databases on the contribution of Biosphere Reserves to the implementation of the Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) Kunming-Montreal
The primary task of the position will be to work towards research and evidence synthesis on the contributions of UNESCO Biosphere Reserves to the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) implementation. A key outcome of this position will be contributing towards the development of a policy brief to be published in time CBD COP16. The job is embedded within the BECOME Biodiversa+ Project on Biosphere Reserve Effectiveness with the support and collaboration of UNESCO MAB.
